It depends, one needs to be clear the purpose / objectives aimed in relation to leveraging. If it the Time ranking….strengthen evidence and support projects that support SDGs that have helped us gain 3rdplace….If it is in relation to building social capital with stakeholders then which stakeholder, what do they value and map assets identified, interrogate the 'revenue/income – financial or otherwise created by the asset, and determine strategy formulation and implementation.
