We need to find ways to better work across organisational structures. There should not be a combative or defensive feel when colleagues from a college reach out to those from another college or a central area. We need to let the sunshine in on all the work we do and build trust between different teams that intentions are honourable and good and that we are all pulling in the same direction. See less

They require us to be in a constant cycle of user-led design and delivery – continuous adaptation to external needs and influences….we need to work from the outside-in rather than an inside out approach. I think being part of an interconnected, global and urban ecosystem is really exciting to me as it requires us to work across traditional boundaries and geographies. How do we build those connections and collaborations and build and capture value for ourselves, our partners and stakeholders in that context. See less
